The Dashboard Overview
The MarginEdge Card Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring card activity and repayment status.
From the dashboard, you can quickly view:
- Current statement balance
- Current statement period
- Next payment date
- Available balance
- Number of transactions missing receipts
This helps you stay on top of spending, repayments, and accounting readiness without digging through reports.
Review and Manage Transactions
Transactions appear on the dashboard in real time as purchases are made.
To review a transaction:
- Open the MarginEdge Card Dashboard
- Select the transaction you want to review
- Click into the transaction to view details
From there, you can:
- View transaction information
- Upload receipts
- Track receipt status
Upload and Track Receipts
Receipts help keep your accounting clean and exports complete. Transactions without receipts:
- Cannot be fully categorized
- May delay accounting review
- May not export properly to your accounting system
💡 Best practice: Review missing receipts regularly to avoid cleanup work later.
