Receiving Your Card
Once the card is approved and issued to you, you can expect to receive your card in the mail within 5-8 days from request. Your MarginEdge Card Admin will be the one to designate where your card will be shipped.
Activating Your Card
When you receive your card we’ll include a QR code that you can scan to start the activation. You will need to login to your MarginEdge account, but the code will take you straight to the activation page upon login.
To activate, enter the last four digits on your card, confirm your phone number, and then click, ‘Activate card’. Your card will now be ready to use!
Why do we need your phone number?
When you make a purchase you’ll be able to upload a picture of your receipt attaching it to the transaction. No more missed receipts or deadlines. Just snag a picture with the associated phone number and we’ll take it from there.
Other Important Details
- Your MarginEdge Card Admin has most likely set a daily spending limit on your card. When you activate your card you’ll be able to see what your limit is. You can check your spending any time by logging into your MarginEdge account.
- Your card can be used online or in store and supports ‘tap-to-pay’
- At this time cards cannot be added to digital wallets such as Google or Apply Pay.
