3) Request a phone call - we do not have a phone line that we answer, but we are happy to schedule a call with you! Email us (help@marginedge.com) or submit a ticket to let us know the topic or issue you'd like to discuss.
It's usually helpful if you can be prepared to be on a computer for the call so we can do some screen sharing to see what you're seeing. (Heads up that we use Google Meet for our calls and screenshares.)
