MarginEdge currently has different paths for current customers pay your Subscription. All are accessed through Setup > Subscription Details.

#1 - Change Payment Method
If you click on the "Change payment method" button, a pop up will appear and you can choose ACH Transfer or Credit Card and then enter your payment.
ACH
Please fill out the missing information regarding the account details.
It is important to reach out to your bank and ensure we are "whitelisted" for your account so there are no interruptions to your payments. To do this, please contact your bank and ask them to white list our payment processor, "BlueSnap, Inc." and provide their ACH Company ID 8450479415.
CREDIT CARD
Please fill out the required form details. You may see a temporary $1 hold on your card after authorizing payment. It should be removed within 1-8 business days.
Note: a 3% processing fee is added to your subscription charge when paying with a credit card. (But if you are located within Canada, the 3% fee does not apply.)
AUTHORIZE AND CONFIRM
- When you've entered the info, you must click "Authorize and continue" in the blue box with the language to authorize the auto payment.
- Then click "Save & continue".
- If you selected ACH, don't forget to "whitelist" our payment processor!
