If you’d still prefer to move forward with cancellation, we’re (very) sad to see you go. To finalize your request, please complete this quick cancellation form. Please note that you'll need to have "Billing Contact" user privileges and complete this for each of your restaurants in MarginEdge as needed.
⚠️ Important:
- Your cancellation won’t be official until the form is submitted - Please ensure you submit a cancelation form for each of your units.
- You will get a cancellation confirmation email upon submission
- If your account is charged before the form is submitted, we’re unable to issue refunds so your account will remain active through the end of the billing period
Freepour Scale
To cancel just the Freepour scale, go to your Settings > Subscription Details page, and click "Cancel scale only". The correct cancelation form will pop up, please follow the prompts.

Keep your data handy
As restaurant people, we always want to see those in our community succeed - whether they’re a client or not. So, pro-tip: if you plan to move to a new software down the road, we recommend exporting your product info, purchase reports and recipes. It’ll save you a headache during any future onboarding processes.
After you go through the cancelation process above, you will be able to access your account for 12 months. After 12 months, you will permanently lose access to your account. If you change your mind during this time, you can contact billing@marginedge.com and we can get your account going again.
Is there anything I can't access after I cancel?
Once your cancelation has taken effect, we will not provide any more invoice processing, sales reporting, or exporting to your accounting system. You will continue to have access to your historical data like inventory, recipes, closed orders and some reports. However, not all reports will remain functional. Specifically, things like your P&L, which need to be calculated, will no longer be accessible to you.
