- You will get a cancellation confirmation email
- If your account is charged before the form is submitted, we’re unable to issue refunds so your account will remain active through the end of the billing period

Keep your data handy
As restaurant people, we always want to see those in our community succeed - whether they’re a client or not. So, pro-tip: if you plan to move to a new software down the road, we recommend exporting your product info, purchase reports and recipes. It’ll save you a headache during any future onboarding processes.
After you go through the cancelation process above, you will be able to access your account for 12 months. After 12 months, you will permanently lose access to your account. If you change your mind during this time, you can contact billing@marginedge.com and we can get your account going again.
