The MarginEdge billing platform has the capability to automatically send invoices every month. Any user designated as a "Billing Contact" in their User Permissions will be able to access the subscription page and will receive these invoices.
Adjusting Who Receives the Invoices
Only users with the "Billing Contact" permissions role can view the subscription details, update payment information, and receive subscription-related emails. Anyone designated with this user role will receive an email with the invoices.
If you need to adjust a user's permissions, then a MarginEdge Admin with the "Billing Contact" role should navigate to Setup > Users in the left-hand side.
Select the user and either check or uncheck the box to grant or remove a user’s "Billing Contact" role.
