Physically Separate Location?
If your commissary is a standalone kitchen, a separate subscription is likely best.
Need Separate Reporting?
Want to track COGS for your commissary and restaurant separately? Then you should go for a separate subscription.
Note: You’ll need separate invoices for the restaurant and commissary in order to get separate reporting.
