Update 8/23: We have been working with QuickBooks and all clients having this issue. We've been informed that Intuit has identified the underlying issue that is impacting all QuickBooks Desktop customers and has released a patch to correct the Certificate Revoked error. Their engineering team is now testing that patch inside of their environment. They will roll that fix out as soon as it's been tested and cleared for deployment.
The instructions below are provided here to help you resolve this issue so you can export your data. They are based on Instructions we originally found here: How to fix the error QuickBooks - Application with Revoked Certificate. We are trying to help, but ultimately we are all at the mercy of the QuickBooks team to resolve this.
- For your best chance of success, please follow these instructions exactly as written. Don’t skip ahead or think you got this and forget the last steps!
- If you are in a hosted environment like RightNetworks or a similar service you will need to speak with the service providers there and they will need to fix the issue (since you can’t access the files and folders required).
- If you find these steps don't work for you, we recommend reaching out directly to Intuit for help.

Replace the Web Connector with the new one
1) Go to the folder where web connector is installed:
