If you have been uploading your invoices to MarginEdge for a while, that means we now have a pretty good idea of how your costs have changed over time. One way you can see this is on a recipe-by-recipe basis and see exactly how the ingredients costs have (or have not!) fluctuated.
FYI: The "Recipe History" button will show you an audit trail of any changes made to the recipe.
Go to one of your recipes - any of them! - and click to open it. Click on "More Options" and you'll see various options drop down.
Click "Recipe Cost History" and up pops a visual chart for you to see the full breakdown of the current and past costs for ingredients in this recipe. As you scroll over various points of time on the chart, the data will change in real time to show you the breakdown on that date.
