Contact your Heartland POS reseller. Ask them to enable the integration with MarginEdge and provide you with the API key needed for MarginEdge to connect. You can use the following template if desired:
"Hi,
Could you please enable an API integration with MarginEdge and send me the API key needed for the connection? Thank you!" -
If you are currently in onboarding and working with an implementation manger, please forward the email from your reseller with the API key to onboarding@marginedge.com to confirm you were able to complete these steps. If you are not switching your POS or are not currently in onboarding, please email help@marginedge.com.
