This document will walk you through how to connect your MarginEdge account to your Arryved POS account.
If you are in onboarding please reach out to your implementation manager or to onboarding@marginedge.com and tell them you want to connect your Arryved POS account.
If you are not in onboarding, then please reach out to help@marginedge.com and tell us you want to connect your Arryved POS account.
What to provide us in the email:
- Your restaurant location name as it appears in Arryved
- Address of the location
- If your restaurant has a different name in MarginEdge than in Arryved, then please let us know which unit in MarginEdge you are referring to
Are you using Included Tax?
If yes, then your sales amounts may look different from Arryved’s “Gross Sales” section on the Sales Summary dashboard. In MarginEdge we are not including “Included Tax” in your Gross Sales lines as this is accounted for in your “Summary: Taxes” amount. Arryved includes “Included Tax” in the Gross Sales lines. If you subtract the Included tax from the Gross Sales in Arryved then it will match the MarginEdge amounts.
