In your POS portal
- Log into your POS Back-Office Portal.
- Click on the App Store in the left navigation bar.
- Scroll down to "MarginEdge" and click the gray download button.
- Check the box to agree to the additional module charge. Click "Subscribe".
- Once subscribed, click the gear icon.
Copy the Merchant ID (you'll need this in Step 10).
In the MarginEdge web app- Log in to MarginEdge and navigate to Setup > Point of Sale.
- Click "Connect to Point of Sale".
- Select your POS from the dropdown menu.
- Paste the Merchant ID from step 6 into the POS Merchant ID field in MarginEdge.
- Click "Save."
- You're all set! Email salesintegrations@marginedge.com to let us know you've connected — we'll verify everything and your sales data should start flowing within 1–2 business days.
