Confirm your PixelPoint account includes the PixelPointHQ module, as this is a required prerequisite for the integration.
Locate your Store ID in PixelPointHQ. If you cannot find it, contact PixelPoint support and request your Store ID, noting that it is needed for a MarginEdge integration.
Install the PixelPoint to MarginEdge Export software on your PixelPointHQ
Log in to MarginEdge and go to Setup > Point of Sale.
Click Connect to Point of Sale.
Select PixelPoint from the dropdown menu.
Enter your Store ID in the Store Location ID field, then click Save.
After saving, the integration will be active. Sales data will begin syncing automatically each morning, starting the following day.
To request a historical sales import and get help with sales category mapping, email salesintegrations@marginedge.com and include your MarginEdge location name.
