Confirm your PixelPoint account includes the PixelPointHQ licence module (this is a required prerequisite for the integration).
Locate your Store ID in PixelPointHQ (software or website).
If you cannot find it, contact PixelPoint support and request your Store ID for MarginEdge integration.Install the “PixelPoint to MarginEdge” export software on your PixelPoint POS server.
Add ExportMarginEdge.exe to the EOD.bat file on Station #1 (create the file if it does not exist).
Log in to MarginEdge and navigate to Setup > Point of Sale.
Click "Connect to Point of Sale".
Select "PixelPoint" from the dropdown menu.
Enter your Store ID in the Store Location ID field, then click Save.
After saving, the integration will be active. Sales data will begin syncing automatically each morning, starting the following day.
To request a historical sales import and get help with sales category mapping, email salesintegrations@marginedge.com and include your MarginEdge location name.
