Below are the instructions to connect your Cluster POS account to MarginEdge.
API REQUEST FORM
Fill out this Cluster API Access Request form to request access for MarginEdge. (Alternatively, you can email success@clustersystems.com to express your interest in adding a new integration with MarginEdge and initiate the request instead.)
In the form, be sure to include the correct Store name(s) and Location(s) that match the MarginEdge locations you want to pull data from in Cluster.
Within the form, select API Access Activation as the Request Type. You may also be asked to confirm acceptance of any associated Cluster fees.
You will receive an email from Cluster confirming when the integration is complete, typically within 24 to 48 hours after Cluster receives your form.
LOG INTO CLUSTER POSAfter you receive the confirmation email, log into the Cluster POS terminal for the location you requested API access for.
Go to Settings and find the field labeled Serial #.
Copy the serial number and save it somewhere.
LOG INTO MARGINEDGEIn MarginEdge, enter the serial number in the Store Serial Number field and click Save. (Please wait to enter this until after you receive the confirmation email from Cluster. If you enter it earlier, the save will not work.
Once the save is successful, please email help@marginedge.com to confirm you were able to complete these steps.
