Connecting [me] to SpotOn Express

This POS integration is still in beta testing. If you notice any small differences between what’s in your POS and what appears in MarginEdge, please let us know! During the beta testing phase, that’s completely normal and exactly the kind of feedback we’d love to hear. If something doesn’t look quite right, just send us a note at help@marginedge.com. We’ll review any discrepancies you report, address them, and follow up with you directly.

  1. Log into MarginEdge and go to Setup → Integrations → Point of Sale.
  2. Search for “SpotOn Express” in the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the "Connect to SpotOn Express" button.

  4. Enter your SpotOn Express credentials when prompted, then click Log in.

  5. A pop-up will appear requesting permission for MarginEdge to access your SpotOn Express account. Click Allow access.

  6. You’ll then be prompted to select your Location. Select the appropriateLocation from the dropdown that correspond to your current MarginEdge location

  7. Click Submit, and we’ll complete the setup on our end so you can begin seeing your sales data in MarginEdge.
