Below are the instructions to connect GoTab POS to MarginEdge.
1. Login to MarginEdge (www.marginedge.com). If you have access to multiple locations, be sure you are in the correct location you want to connect.
2. Go to Setup > Integrations > Point of Sale. Click on button that shows “GoTab”. Click “Connect to GoTab”. You will not be able to save the location ID - we will take care of this for you.
3. To allow us to complete the integration: If you're in onboarding then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you're not switching your POS (or are no longer in onboarding) then please email email@example.com with the exact name of your location as it appears in GoTab and its GoTab location ID if you know it. We will then reach out to GoTab and, upon your authorization, GoTab will enable the feed of data for us.
NOTE: It will still take a day or two after you connect before you start seeing your sales data in the software.
