Steps to Connect
Note: Once you’ve finished connecting Veloce, please make sure to let us know so we can finish your setup! See details below!
1) In MarginEdge go to Setup > Point of Sale and select Veloce POS
2) Enter the username and password into the screen to get connected. Make sure that the login credentials you enter has proper access to the location you want to connect!
3) Click continue and select a location from the dropdown. This dropdown will only show locations that your login has access to.
4) Once you’ve selected the correct location, click “Submit” to save your settings
5) Important: Reach out to us to let us know you’ve finished connecting so we can finish your setup!
- If you’re in onboarding then please email onboarding@marginedge.com to let them know you’ve finished connecting to Veloce.
- If you’re not in onboarding, then please email help@marginedge.com to let us know you’ve finished connecting to Veloce.
Hitting an error when you click “Continue” on Step 1?
You may have entered an incorrect username or password. Please double-check your login credentials! If you still cannot connect after confirming that you have the correct email and password, then please reach out to support@veloce.com and let them know that you’re unable to connect MarginEdge and Veloce using your login credentials.
