Below are the instructions to connect Sapphire POS to MarginEdge.
1. Login to MarginEdge (app.marginedge.com). If you have access to multiple locations, be sure you are in the correct location you want to connect.
2. Go to Setup > Integrations > Point of Sale. Click on button that shows “Sapphire”. Click “Connect to Sapphire”.
3. Email onboarding@marginedge.com with the exact name of your location you intend to get connected. We will then reach out to Khamu Solutions on your behalf and, upon your authorization, Khamu Solutions will enable the feed of data for us.
NOTE: It will still take a day or two after you connect before you start seeing your sales data in the software.
