In an effort to keep our user accounts secure, you may occasionally be asked to confirm your identity at login by being asked to enter a code that is sent to your email. This is not something you have enabled but rather something we do on our end to help protect against suspicious activity we may notice. (When you are prompted to do this and are at a trusted location, be sure to check the "Remember this device" box!)
Why are we doing this? We want to confirm that you not only have your password, but also have access to your email. We want to know you are who you say you are!
When will you see this prompt? It will likely only happen when you get a new computer, use a new browser or device to login, or travel to an unusual location. Ideally you should not see this every single time you log in.
Two Quick Steps:
1) The email will come from "no-reply@marginedge.com" and you need to copy and paste the six-digit code you see.
2) If you are logging in from a trusted device and location, check the box to "Remember this device for 30 days". Click "Continue".
Extra Tips
Remember This Device
When you are logging in from a trusted place - meaning you are not using public wi-fi or on a public computer - be sure to click the box to "Remember this device for 30 days" so that you don't have to use the login code each and every time.
